Why Frontier

Design and production, considered together.

FFS combines in-house laser engraving and 3D printing with design support through Frontier Design Studio. The project is reviewed as a whole instead of treating artwork, materials, personalization, and fabrication as disconnected steps.

A better quote starts with useful details.

Standard custom work may take up to 7 business days to fulfill when required blanks and materials are available. Bulk quantities, complex personalization, or materials that must be restocked or shipped to Alaska can require additional time. Project-specific timing is confirmed when the scope is known.

How custom orders work

Approve the project first. Pay securely through Shopify.

Custom designs are not purchased through standard checkout. Message Frontier Fabrication Studio directly on Facebook to discuss your project. Once the scope and price are approved, we will send a secure custom invoice through Shopify for payment.
