Frontier Design Studio designs it. FFS makes it.

FDS develops the creative direction. Frontier Fabrication Studio can turn approved work into a physical object through in-house engraving, in-house 3D printing, or another clearly disclosed production path.

That connected handoff keeps the artwork grounded in scale, material, placement, and production reality from the beginning.

In-house workFFS performs laser engraving and 3D printing in-house where appropriate.

Rate + what to bring

A rough idea is enough.

Standalone design work starts at $40 per hour. Scope, expected effort, and availability are confirmed before billable standalone design work begins. Some product or project pricing may include defined design or setup work.

How custom orders work

Approve the project first. Pay securely through Shopify.

Custom designs are not purchased through standard checkout. Message Frontier Fabrication Studio directly on Facebook to discuss your project. Once the scope and price are approved, we will send a secure custom invoice through Shopify for payment.
