Standard expectation

Production time begins before carrier transit.

Custom and made-to-order items may take up to 7 business days to fulfill when required blanks and materials are available. If materials or blanks must be restocked or shipped to Alaska, fulfillment may take longer. We will communicate significant delays that affect your order.

Capacity + Alaska supply

Availability reflects what we can responsibly complete.

Many blanks and fabrication materials must travel to Alaska from Lower-48 suppliers. Restocking, studio capacity, print duration, complexity, and quantity can affect the schedule.

Share the deadline before production is confirmed.

A requested delivery date is not guaranteed unless Frontier Fabrication Studio confirms it. Include the date, quantity, material or blank, artwork status, and delivery needs as early as possible so feasibility can be reviewed.

How custom orders work

Approve the project first. Pay securely through Shopify.

Custom designs are not purchased through standard checkout. Message Frontier Fabrication Studio directly on Facebook to discuss your project. Once the scope and price are approved, we will send a secure custom invoice through Shopify for payment.
