What we can help with

Useful parts, physical concepts, and display-ready ideas.

Send a suitable model, an approved marketplace link, or the idea itself. We will review geometry, scale, intended use, material needs, and production reality before work is confirmed.

01

Prototypes

Concept parts, fit checks, visual models, and early physical tests.

02

Functional concepts

Problem-solving objects and replacement concepts reviewed for realistic use.

03

Display + décor

Decorative pieces, models, stands, signs, and presentation elements.

04

Small runs

Coordinated quantities when geometry, print time, and studio capacity align.

Equipment + capability

In-house printing, planned around the part.

Printer setup, orientation, supports, scale, finish expectations, and production time are chosen around the object’s geometry and intended use rather than a generic recipe.

3D printing naturally produces layer lines, texture differences, and normal tolerances. We explain material and process considerations when they affect the expected result.

Production3D printing is performed in-house by Frontier Fabrication Studio.
FilesCustomer files and approved creator or marketplace models are reviewed before use.
Design supportFrontier Design Studio can help define visual direction; modeling support depends on scope.

How it works

From idea or file to finished print.

We keep the path visible so you know what is being reviewed, what needs approval, and what happens next.

  1. 01

    Idea / File

Share the model, link, reference, dimensions, quantity, and intended use.

  2. 02

    Review

We assess geometry, scale, material, print time, and feasibility.

  3. 03

    Preparation

The approved model is prepared for the production approach.

  4. 04

    Approval

Scope, expectations, timing, and direction are confirmed.

  5. 05

    Print

FFS produces the approved object in-house.

  6. 06

    Finish

The completed print is checked and prepared for delivery.

What to send + timing

Start with the file or the problem.

Custom and made-to-order items may take up to 7 business days to fulfill when required materials are available. If materials must be restocked or shipped to Alaska, fulfillment may take longer. Large or unusually long prints may receive a project-specific timeline.
