Equipment + capability

In-house engraving, guided by the material.

Your project is reviewed for surface, coating, scale, placement, contrast, and finish before production. That practical review matters more than a one-size-fits-all machine setting.

If your artwork needs development, Frontier Design Studio can prepare, adapt, or create it before FFS fabricates the approved piece.

ProductionLaser engraving is performed in-house by Frontier Fabrication Studio.
xTool equipmentOur current equipment roster includes the xTool F2 Ultra, xTool F2, xTool S1, and xTool M2. Projects are matched to the appropriate studio system.

How it works

A clear path from idea to finish.

You do not need production-ready artwork to begin. We will help define what is practical before approved work moves into fabrication.

  1. 01

    Idea

Share the item, message, artwork, quantity, and intended use.

  2. 02

    Review

We assess the blank, material, artwork, placement, and timing.

  3. 03

    Preparation

Artwork is cleaned, adapted, or developed when needed.

  4. 04

    Approval

The defined direction is confirmed before engraving begins.

  5. 05

    Engraving

FFS produces the approved work in-house.

  6. 06

    Finish

The completed piece is checked and prepared for delivery.

What to send + timing

Bring what you have.

Custom and made-to-order items may take up to 7 business days to fulfill when required blanks and materials are available. If materials or blanks must be restocked or shipped to Alaska, fulfillment may take longer. We will communicate significant delays that affect your order.
