A custom project brief with a sketch, material palette, measurements, and prototype

What to send

Useful context beats a perfect brief.

  • What you want made and how it will be used
  • Approximate quantity, dimensions, and preferred material or blank
  • Artwork, logo, sketch, reference image, file, or product link
  • Any important deadline, delivery requirement, or budget constraint
Preferred starting point: Facebook Messenger makes it easy to send screenshots, links, references, and quick project context.

Project path

Review first. Fabricate second.

A visible approval path reduces avoidable surprises and protects the result.

01

Idea

Share the desired result and why it matters.

02

Review

We evaluate feasibility, material, design, scope, and timing.

03

Approval

The defined direction and quote are confirmed.

04

Production

FFS completes in-house work or discloses the partner path.

Timing

Production time is separate from carrier transit.

Custom and made-to-order items may take up to 7 business days to fulfill when required blanks and materials are available. Restocking, Alaska inbound freight, complex design, quantity, and partner production can extend the timeline. Share a deadline before work is confirmed.

How custom orders work

Approve the project first. Pay securely through Shopify.

Custom designs are not purchased through standard checkout. Message Frontier Fabrication Studio directly on Facebook to discuss your project. Once the scope and price are approved, we will send a secure custom invoice through Shopify for payment.
